Epic Bounce Help Center - Frequently Asked Questions 

Ticket Information

  • Yes, tickets will be for sale at the door if space is available for the session.

  • We do not offer refunds, but you are able to change day or time of your session after purchase.

  • Yes you may. If your plans change, feel free to change to a different session.

  • Kids under 3 years old are free.

  • You can either print the tickets received via email or show them on your phone upon arrival. The QR code is your ticket in, it can only be used once.

  • Tickets are connected to waivers, so the waiver holder(s) must use the ticket(s).

  • If your session is cancelled due to weather or another circumstance, you can transfer your session to another day and/or time. If something out of the ordinary occurs we will be in contact with details - we promise to get it right for you.

  • If you need to reschedule, you can do so through our ticketing site. Choose the “My Tickets” link at the top of the page (on a computer) or bottom right (on mobie). Further instructions can b found on our Reschedule Page.

  • We will make every attempt to keep the park open, even if there is some mild rain. As long as the experience is safe and enjoyable. If we need to close the park due to weather, we will send out an email to all ticket holders and post an alert on our social media pages (Instagram and Facebook). If you are a ticket holder you have a few options:

    1. Self reschedule your session - If you purchased through our website directly, you can reschedule your session for a future date. Instructions here: https://www.epicbouncepark.com/reschedule (does not work for Groupon purchases)

    2. Receive a Gift Card Refund - We can issue you a gift card to be used for the purchase of a future session. Please email hello@epicbouncepark.com with the Name and Email the reservation was under. The gift card will be sent to your email.

    3. Bring your ticket to the park for another session - If cancelled due to weather, we will honor your past ticket at a future session. Just check-in at the park and provide your name and let the staff know of the weather cancellation with the original session.

    4. Email for reschedule assistance - Email hello@epicbouncepark.com to assistance rescheduling to another day/time. Please include your name and email used for the reservation. Number of tickets and preferred day/time for the new reservation. We will process the changes and send an email confirmation.

The Event

  • Sessions are reserved in 90 minute blocks (typically), please arrive 5 minutes before your session begins. If you’re late, that’s ok, you can enter at any time during your session.

  • It’s ok if you’re running late, you can enter at any time during your session. Talk with one of our staff upon arrival, we’ll make sure you get enough bounce time.

  • All ages are allowed. For the young kids (4 and under) we recommend the toddler area for their safety. No matter your age, please bounce with caution as bodies of all sizes are bouncing around.

  • Manufacturer weight limit is 245lbs. If you’re pregnant, you can not bounce - doctors orders!

  • Yes, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult - for their safety and the safety of our guests.

  • Each session is (typically) 90 minutes. We will start the session on time and clear out the park about 10 minutes before the session ends - for cleaning and safety for our next guest session.

  • Comfortable clothes are always recommended, as are layers - it’s easy to work up a good sweat during your bounce session. We strongly recommend you buy or bring your own bounce park socks - these are for sale online and at the venue. These help with the safety of a good grip while bouncing.

  • Everyone 3+ and under 65 needs to buy a ticket, unless there is a medical reason or injury that makes it dangerous to bounce. Not sure bouncing is right for you? Trust us, it’s right for everyone - big, small, old and young!

  • We will alert ticket holders via email and SMS of closures based on weather. We will also make every attempt to update our Instagram with closure updates for weather or other circumstances.

  • We have plenty of shade within the bounce park and around it. In the case of dangerous or uncomfortable weather we will alert ticket holders via email and SMS and provide updates on Instagram.

  • Parking is free. If someone attempts to charge you for parking, please let the Epic Bounce staff know upon arrival, this shouldn’t happen.

The Park

  • Epic Bounce is cleaned daily and in between sessions as needed. Cleanliness, health and safety are top priorities for Epic Bounce and our staff.

  • No pets are allowed, unfortunately. We are pet lovers ourselves, but bouncing with them just wouldn’t be that fun.
