RESCHEDULING BOOKED TIckETS

IF you Need to Reschedule Your Session follow the Instructions below

You can reschedule your session online. To do so through the "My Tickets" link on our ticketing website. Instructions below.

You can reschedule through our ticketing site - https://ecom.roller.app/EpicBouncePark/checkout/en/home 

  1. Click "My Tickets" in the upper right hand corner (on a computer) or bottom right bar (on mobile) - see image for direction. 

  2. From there enter your phone number or the email address used to book. This will activate a login to your account (no password needed). 

  3. Then, click "Edit Booking" button and then "Reschedule" link. This allows you to now pick a new day/time and transfer the cost directly over. 

    Please note, rescheduling tickets will only work if the session time occurs in the future. Contact hello@epicbouncepark.com with further questions.
